Freelance Marketing / Social Media Manager

At Stella Construction & Home Services, we don't just remodel homes -- we create beautiful, functional spaces that elevate everyday living. Our high-end residential remodels combine craftsmanship, design expertise, and a client-first approach. We're seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support our growing marketing and social media efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and more.
• Capture and curate photo and video content on job sites and in the office to build trust through storytelling.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and build community across platforms.
• Track marketing performance and provide regular reporting
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that go beyond digital--including local events, neighborhood mailers, and print materials.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or social media management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute full-scale marketing strategies.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
• Solid understanding of platforms like HubSpot, CompanyCam, Canva, or similar tools.
• Able to film and edit short videos (or coordinate others to do so).
• Self-starter with great time management and an eye for quality.
