Our high-end residential remodels combine craftsmanship, design expertise, and a client-first approach. We're seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support our growing marketing and social media efforts. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and schedule engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and more.</li><li>Capture and curate photo and video content on job sites and in the office to build trust through storytelling.</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and build community across platforms.</li><li>Track marketing performance and provide regular reporting</li><li>Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that go beyond digital--including local events, neighborhood mailers, and print materials.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in marketing or social media management.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and execute full-scale marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.</li><li>Solid understanding of platforms like HubSpot, CompanyCam, Canva, or similar tools.</li><li>Able to film and edit short videos (or coordinate others to do so).</li><li>Self-starter with great time management and an eye for quality.</li></ul> Compensation:<ul><li>Negotable</li></ul>
