You'll be the go-to point of contact, ensuring that every detail aligns with Stella's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout</li><li>Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries</li><li>Track budgets, manage change orders, and ensure projects are on time and on budget</li><li>Maintain site documentation (daily logs, photos, reports)</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with professionalism and calm under pressure</li><li>Enforce safety protocols and maintain organized, clean job sites</li><li>Collaborate closely with estimating, design, and administrative teams</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5 or more years of residential project management experience (renovation experience required)</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and sequencing</li><li>Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills</li><li>Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)</li><li>OSHA 10 certification (preferred)</li><li>Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)</li><li>Ability to work occasionally on weekends as needed</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive pay at $80,000 to $105,000 per year (depending on experience, base + performance bonuses &amp; profit sharing)</li><li>Hybrid remote flexibility (office/Woburn, MA + site visits)</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with employer contribution</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Additional bonus opportunities</li></ul>Ready to take the lead on high-end projects and grow with a team that values your expertise?
